FAQ


1. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Firstly, I am so sorry that has happened! Please email me at candywicks@nizarhandmade.com to talk about it.

When emailing me, please be sure to take photos of the damage to show me. This will also be helpful for me as I will need to show the courier who delivered it as part of the 'damage claims' process. I will need photos of the following:

1. The damage to the product.

2. The damaged product next to the shipping box, with the shipping label clearly shown.

3. The inside of the shipping box, essentially showing how it was packaged and how it arrived to you.

I will gladly either provide a replacement or a refund after considering the circumstances of what happened.

2. When will I receive my order?

Thank you for your order! Once we receive your order, it takes 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and sent out of the studio. Once it leaves the studio, please allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive at your door for Australian orders & 10-15 days for international orders.

 

3. I can't decide on what to get! Can I get samples of your scents?

Absolutely! I offer tea light sample packs of all my scents at a small fee. Please contact me via candywicks@nizarhandmade.com or on instagram to request a sample pack.

If you are local to Western Sydney, you can also stop by the studio to see anything I have on-hand in person or use my fragrance testing kit. Just email me at candywicks@nizarhandmade.com to schedule a visit to the studio!
